Michael Henderson is a Corporate Anthropologist, who has a degree in Anthropology and over 25 year’s experience in observing advising and educating organisations on how to enhance their workplace culture for greater levels of performance, staff fulfilment and customer delight.
Michael was born in the U.K raised in Africa educated in New Zealand and now works internationally.
He is the author of eight books on organisation culture, leadership and performance.
He is the winner of the Ashton Wiley book award in 2004.
He is the winner of the Thought Leaders Mentor of the year award in 2010. Michael is married with three children.
