In May 2019 TEDxAuckland collaborated with world renowned chef Ben Bayly to produce a highly unique and specialised menu that celebrates New Zealand and specifically west Auckland cuisine. The kiwi food that Ben constructed was his NZ Hangi Pie traditionally crafted and augmented with their own homemade ketchup.
